Thank you for your interest in our puppies.  Pups are sold on a first come, first served basis.  Our puppies come with a one year health guarantee.  All puppies have the required vaccinations and deworming before they are placed in their new homes.

    I further agree to the following:

    I understand that completing this adoption application does not guarantee that a pup will be made available to me and that it is the sole right of Regal Red Dachshunds to offer or withdraw a canine for sale without explanation.

    Additionally, I understand that any fees paid toward the purchase of a canine from Regal Red Dachshunds are non-refundable unless Regal Red Dachshunds withdraws the canine from sale. Should such a circumstance arise, I understand that any fees paid to Regal Red Dachshunds shall be promptly refunded.
